  4. En paralelo, cuando la pasta está lista, escurrirla y ponerla de nuevo en la olla, añadiendo un poco, pero poquito de nata, para que ligue un poco y no se quede muy seca
  5. Emplatar para cada comensal un calamar y un puñado de tallarines, añadiendo a estos últimos parmesano y pimienta molida al gusto. Solo queda disfrutarlo, sano y muy rico!!
