  7. Añadimos a esa fritura bastante agua, echamos todas las sollapas, sal, el jamón y la patata. Y lo ponemos al fuego y vamos removiendo de vez en cuando. Los dejamos cocer una media hora.
  8. Picamos los 3 ajos y les echamos un chorro de agua. Después lo mezclamos en los gazpachos mientras siguen cociendo a fuego lento poco a poco.
  9. Lo dejamos al fuego 3 minutos más. Se podrían comer ya, pero es mejor dejarlo reposar un poco.
