  3. 1 huevo
  4. 25 g aceite de coco derretido

  8. 80 g harina integral de espelta (u otra)
  9. 20 g cacao puro en polvo
  10. 1 cdita levadura en polvo (3g)
  11. Cheesecake
  12. 1 huevo
  13. 1 clara (40g)
  14. 200 g queso de untar
  15. 100 g yogur griego
  16. 40 g pasta de dátil
  17. Unas gotitas de vainilla
  18. 50 g harina de avena neutra
  19. 1/2 cdita levadura en polvo
  20. 50 g chocolate puro s/a
  21. 50 g chocolate con leche s/a
  22. Cobertura
  23. 150 g queso de untar
  24. 100 g frutos rojos
  25. 15 g sirope de agave
  26. 1 chorrito jugo de limón

  1. Batimos e integramos bien todos los ingredientes del bizcocho por un lado: Primero los huevos, claras, aceite de coco, leche, pasta de dátil y vainilla; y después los secos (harina, cacao y levadura)
  2. Por otro lado mezclamos todos los ingredientes de la cheesecake excepto los chocolates (intentar utilizar los ingredientes a temperatura ambiente).
  3. Derretimos por separado los chocolates en el micro unos segundos.
  4. Separamos la mezcla de cheesecake en dos partes iguales, añadimos en una de ellas el chocolate negro y en la otra el chocolate con leche. Removemos bien las dos preparaciones.
  5. Vertemos en un molde (engrasado con aceite de coco) la masa del bizcocho y después las dos mezclas de cheesecake (irregularmente o en dos capas).
  6. Llevamos al horno ya precalentado a 175º durante 30 minutos. Dejamos 15 min con el calor residual del horno. Sacamos la tarta, dejamos que enfríe y la desmoldamos con cuidado.
  7. Para la cobertura preparamos una mermelada de frutos rojos: En un cazo reducimos los frutos rojos (Pueden ser congelados) con el chorrito de limón y el sirope de agave. Mezclamos 2 cdas del líquido con el queso de untar.
  8. Con una manga pastelera (o una bolsita de plástico cortando la esquina) cubrimos la tarta con la cobertura. Decoramos con el resto de mermelada y ¡listo!
