- 50 g miel
- Donuts

-Lavamos los limones y rallamos 2 de ellos.
-Ponemos un cazo a fuego medio e incorporamos el zumo de limón colado, la ralladura de limón y la miel.
-En un bowl batimos bien los huevos, los añadimos al cazo caliente y removemos constantemente para que el huevo vaya dando consistencia a la mezcla sin llegar a cuajarse.

- Para el glaseado:
- Mezclamos todos sus ingredientes hasta conseguir una mezcla ligera y sin grumos. - Sacamos los donuts, los hundimos hasta la mitad en el glaseado y decoramos al gusto. Los metemos en la nevera 10 minutos más para que el glaseado coja consistencia y listos!
