  4. Sacar del frío y escurrir bien. Ir boquerón a boquerón abriendo por la mitad quitándole cola y colocarlos en una fuente. Cuando se termine de colocar todos los boquerones unos encima de otros.
  5. Pelamos dos dientes de ajos y picamos, vertemos sobre los boquerones aceite de oliva hasta cubrir, añadimos los ajos cortados y perejil. Y ya están listos para comerlos😏..
