- Escurrir la lata de atún y añadir a la merluza ya cortadita muy finita.
- Añadir el huevo y la sal y mezclar todo bien. Añadir después el pan rallado necesario (aproximadamente dos cucharadas soperas)
- Hacer la forma deseada y pasar por harina.
- Calentar una sartén con un chorrito de aceite de oliva y echar las hamburguesas. Cuando veamos que se han dorado por un lado, darle la vuelta y dejar dorar por el otro también. Y listas para comer!
