  17. Unas briznas Azafrán
  18. 175 gr. Tortas de gazpacho manchego
  19. Aceite de oliva
  20. Sal

  1. Se sofríe el diente de ajo, las rebanadas de pan, el pimiento choricero, las almendras y el hígado de pollo y se reserva.
  2. Se sofríe el pollo y se reserva.
  3. Se sofríe la cebolla cortada en brunua y se le añade sal para ayudarle a sudar, cuando ya esta pochada se le añade el pimiento cortado en brunua, cuando ya esta pochado se le añade el pollo y las tres cucharadas de tomate rallado.
  4. Se le añade el caldo de pollo y las especias y el azafrán en hebras tostado. Se deja hervir a fuego moderado durante 45minutos.
  5. Mientras pasamos por la turmix el hígado, las almendras, las rebanadas de pan, el ajo y le añadimos un poco de caldo para ayudar a la turmix y se lo añadimos al caldo de olla.
  6. Cuando hierva al cabo de unos 15 minutos, rectificamos de sal y añadimos las tortas, que hiervan unos 20 minutos a fuego medio. Dejar reposar 10 minutos y buen provecho.
