  1. Juntamos la avena, las pipas, el lino y las avellanas en un bowl
  2. En un cazo o sartén añadimos la miel, el aceite, el azúcar y la esencia de vainilla. Calentamos hasta que hierva unos 20 segundos. Lo echamos encima de los ingredientes del bowl y mezclamos bien
  3. Extendemos en la bandeja del horno previamente engrasada o con papel de horno. Saldrá mejor si no tiene más de 1 cm de grosor y lo metemos 10 min a 180°C (previamente caliente). Pasado ese tiempo, removemos para que la avena se tueste por todas partes
  4. La avena estará lista en otros 10 min aproximadamente (Depende de cada horno), 2 minutos antes de sacarla del horno echamos los arándanos (no dejarlos mucho más tiempo porque se quedarán duros)
  5. Dejamos enfriar del todos y metemos en botes herméticos. Puede durar entre 2 y 3 semanas
