- A la hora de cocinar la mezcla hay que calentar una sartén a fuego medio con un poco de aceite bien extendido, cuando esté caliente añadimos un poco de la mezcla y procuramos que se extienda por toda la sartén. En un minuto o menos estará dorarita así que la damos la vuelta para que se dore por el otro lado y la sacamos de la sartén, para hacer el resto de crepes es lo mismo pero no hace falta añadir más aceite.
