Se rellenan los crepés con esta mezcla. La salsa blanca que quedo en la olla la hacemos menos espesa agregándole más leche y vino, hasta que quede bastante ligera.
- Colocamos pos Crépes en un molde refractario y encima le echamos la salsa. Espolvoreamos con el queso parmesano y a gratinar por 30 mts.
