  1. En la licuadora introduce la sal, la leche, el azúcar, la harina tamizada y los huevos y licúa todo bien hasta que quede bien mezclado
  2. En una sartén a fuego medio pon un poquito de aceite de oliva y con una servilleta de papel extiendelo quitando el exceso
  3. Una vez que esté caliente echa un poquito de la masa de modo que quede los más fina posible. Cuando esté más o menos hecha dale la vuelta y termina de hacerla por el otro lado. Después sepáralas en un plato cubierto por servilletas
  4. Para hacer la salsa en una sartén ponemos a calentar la mantequilla con el azúcar hasta que quede deshecha y añadimos el jugo de naranja. Cuando empiece a hervir añadimos los crêps y un minuto después añadimos el licor y flambeamos.
  5. Servimos de inmediato 2 crêps por persona y un poquito de salsa por encima. A mi me gusta acompañar con helado de vainilla con nueces de macadamia.
