Hoy os traigo una receta de aprovechamiento. Me sobraron guisantes del día anterior y tenía algunos restos de ingredientes de otros platos rodando por la nevera. Así que con un calabacín, medio brick de nata y una patata ha salido esta crema de guisantes, que he acompañado con huevo duro picado y unos picatostes de pan de nueces y pasas. Espero que os guste.

  3. Una vez cocida la verdura, la ponemos en el vaso de la batidora y mezclamos junto con la nata y un poco del caldo de cocción de la verdura.
  4. Batimos todo muy bien a velocidad alta. Cuando esté bien mezclada salpimentamos y añadimos un par de cucharadas de aove. Volvemos a batir para integrar bien el aceite.
  5. Para eliminar las pielecillas de los guisantes y obtener una crema fina yo he utilizado el pasapurés. Si no tienes pasapurés puedes usar un chino o un sencillo colador.
  6. Pelamos y picamos finito los huevos.
  7. Servimos la crema caliente acompañada del huevo picado y unos picatostes.
